He's having a custom arcade stick built, and wanted some original Street Fighter artwork to go with it. So we've got pin-up-style images of Chun-Li and Cammy in front of a scene of Ryu and Ken clashing on a rocky beach shore...

Chun-Li and Cammy were drawn on paper and the scanned in and Photoshopped. Everything else was done straight in Photoshop, with a Wacom... Ryu and Ken were supposed to just be kind of second-runners compared to the gals, so I wanted to come up with a way to make it look like they weren't trying to occupy the same space. That's why I opted to give them a more painterly feel, but not so much to where they blended in with the background...

This was a lot of fun to work on, not only because I haven't drawn Street Fighter characters (at least for a finished piece) in such a long time, but also because it was a rather large image compared to what I usually make.

This is version 1, which means there's another one coming soon, as Prometheus wanted me to do the same composition again, except using an alternate pose for Chun-Li that I'd drawn up in the preliminary stages... That one oughta be up in the next 24 hours or so...!!
