This idea popped into my head about 8 o' clock last night. Did the top panel then, and the bottom panel today.
I don't know what possessed me; I guess it's just that I hadn't drawn Cammy in a while. Plus, I was feeling jovial at the time, so that probably had something to do with it...!

EDIT: If you look closely, the two panels have a few stylistic differences in them. Why? Got lazy and didn't reference the first panel when I was working on the second one. Whoops! hehe! And on a personal note, my favorite part of the whole cartoon is the chibi Col. Wolfman. His expression and pose came out exactly as I pictured it in my head. Just look at him go! He's gettin' mighty randy...!

EDIT 2: Apparently I'm on a Street Fighter kick... I need to be on an "Aim High, Young Cowboy original manga" kick...! d'oh! BTW, I have yet to figure out (ever since 1993) what in God's name that one-eyed blue booger thing is that's always hanging around the Delta Red team... "One-eyed blue booger" is the only thing I can say it's got going for itself...!
